The Strictly Dancing With Lisa classes are great for the mind and body! You can do as much or as little as you want in terms of the energy you put into it, so it does mean it’s good exercise for people of all ages. It’s vitally important that you stay safe and healthy. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and need to assume all risk of injury to your person or property. Therefore, whether you usually attend my regular weekly classes, wish to start one or you’re dancing at home following some of my YouTube videos, please be mindful of the following things:-
